BSSS String Orchestra
On Thursday, 11th September, some of our Year 6 string students attended the Rockhampton State High School Orchestra Link Day. This was a chance for year 6 students to meet their high school counterparts and to play in a large musical ensemble. During the day, the students participated in rehearsals and then performed an afternoon concert for family and friends.
I was extremely proud of our two Berserker Students. They performed brilliantly on stage, confidently playing their parts within the large orchestra.
I look forward to watching these students progress into high school, developing their musicianship and teamwork.
